		Regular Slotted Containers RSC - Regular Slotted Containers - are the typical box with four top and four bottom flaps. Any quantity, any size, any time.




		Half Slot Boxes HSC - Half Slit Boxes are the same as RSC boxes except there are four flaps on the bottom only - either regular size or full overlap flaps. The top does not have flaps and is usually closed with separate tray style lid. 3-4" lid typical for literature and paper cases, full height lid for apple box styles. All boxes made in any size you specify down to 1/16" increments.




		Full Overlap Box Full Overlap - boxes are RSC or HSC's where the flaps completely overlap each other rather than meeting in the middle. This provides extra strength and padding. We can also make a partially overlapping flap or a combination of flaps top and bottom. Popular for artwork. Stock or Custom sizes are all made to order so you get only the quantity and exact size you want.




		Partial Overlap Box Partial Overlap boxes are RSC boxes with one or both sets of flaps over lapping your specified amount rather than fully over lapping (FOL) or meeting in the middle (RSC). A Partial Overlap is often used when you desire a stapled joint on top.




		Five Panel Folder This corrugated box provides several thicknesses of cardboard at each end when assembled. This provides considerable strength and makes the five-panel-folder an excellent corrugated container for the shipment of items such as conveyor rollers, rods, light fixtures, rugs, and flat panels, etc. This heavy duty box has a particular advantage when it is used for packaging long items of a small diameter which might be damaged if forced through the ends of the shipping box. The box flaps can be closed with staples or tape. All custom box dimensions to fit your needs. Our FPF design has corner cuts to remove the extra fifth flap on the ends.




		Five Panel Folder - Center Flap FPF-CF - Five Panel Folder with Center Fold is like a regular FPF only the closure seam is down the center of the top and not on the side.




		Flat Pads Cut-to-size pads are used for inner packing and to divide items inside the box. Fill-in pads can be used to create a flat bottom for boxes with inside flaps such as an RSC or HSC.




		Scored Pads Cut and scored pads are used for custom inner packing. Scored Pads can be used to line the inside sides of the box to provide for extra thickness or to provide additional stacking strength. They can be used to reinforce corners, or to make triangular and rectangular forms. Pads can be scored up to 9 times. Slitted Pads can be used for locating items inside a box and to keep them in place. Multiple slits can locate multiple parts.




		One Piece Folders One Piece Folders- Have multiple uses for literature and artwork. The bottom, sides and top flaps of the box are one continuous piece with no glue joint. The flaps make up the sides of the box as well as the top and make this an easy load box because you set the item on the box and then fold and secure the box around it. NO DIES REQUIRED FOR THIS STYLE




		One Piece Folders - Air Cell Ends Same as One Piece Folder but two of the ends can have score lines so they can be rolled in to create an air cell to hold your product in the middle of the box. The two other flaps meet over the middle. NO DIES REQUIRED FOR THIS STYLE




		Double Cover Boxes Two interchangeable covers form the top and bottom of this box style. The covers usually extend only a few inches down the center body of the box. This style is frequently used for tall or heavy products that would be difficult to lower into a box. The item is placed on the bottom cover and the center tube place over the product. The cover of this style is made in a tray style. The corners of the cover are usually closed with staples but can be glued or taped. The clearance of the cover over the body can be specified. Shipped flat.




		Easyloader Gaylord Heavy Duty Cargo Containers of any dimension can be made with open front to allow easy packing of cartons.




		Gaylord Boxes These Gaylord Cargo Shipping Boxes meet industry standards. The dimensions are 48" x 40" x 36", made with heavy duty, double wall, cardboard. Lids sold separately. Makes great, long distance Moving Boxes or Pallet Boxes. Discounts available with larger quantities but Small lot sizes are available. Custom sizes of any dimension.




		Pallet Covers Pallet covers are RSC boxes with top flaps reduced to 3 or 4". When the box is turned upside down over the top of an item that is secured to a pallet the flaps are turned out so that staples or screws can attach the cover to the pallet. All custom sizes without setup charges or die charges.




		Customized Die Cut Boxes For more frequent, higher volume orders or for unique shapes, holes, and slots. We have many dies and our selection continues to grow.




		Produce Co-op Boxes Produce Co-op Boxes in several sizes. Low minimums are perfect for small orchards. We provide fruit boxes and vegetable boxes for several members of a local produce co-op called The Western Montana Growers Co-op.




		Rolled End Tuck Top These are custom die cut boxes where the sides roll up and into the inside over the end flaps and then self lock with tabs. The lid is then a clam shell design and tucks into the front edge. We have many dies already made with varying sizes and features but if one of ours doesn't work for you we can custom order a die.




		CD Box - Rolled End Tuck Top Holds 3 standard CD cases and with the RETT style does not need tape or glue. Stores flat. White or Kraft Brown.




		Mailers We have several dies already and are adding more as the need arises. Can be made in White or Kraft(brown).




		Tall Boxes The extra long corrugated box is available in single wall white or Kraft (brown) cardboard as well as heavy duty Kraft cardboard. These long boxes can be in any width and can replace cardboard tubes for many products. Extra long boxes can be made in two parts and telescope together in the middle to add extra support in the center section.




		Telescoping Boxes These custom cardboard boxes are easy to load when you have heavy long items. The shipping box overlaps in the center giving additional strength in the middle as well as at the ends of the corrugated container. Made in single wall, or double wall cardboard. Large or small.




		Tray/Flat We make two styles of trays. One style is a Rolled End Tuck Top that does not require staples or glue to secure. The Design style Tray requires staples or glue at the corners. Both styles ship flat.




		Heavy Duty Boxes Any Style, any size can be made heavy duty by increasing the cardboard thickness or using any overlapping style. We also carry shredded cardboard to cushion heavy items. Interior supports and pads can also be added to stabilize and protect items.




		Master Carton/Carton Sets All custom sizes and configurations available, most without setup fees or die charges.




		White Boxes We can make any style in white as long as material strength can be SINGLE-WALL ECT 32 B-flute or ECT 40 C-flute.




		Partitions/Dividers Custom chipboard and corrugated dividers available in specified number of cells, material strength, cell size and configuration.
