		Custom Corrugated Cardboard Boxes Custom Packaging Options, Inc. works to save customers time and money by custom designing the right boxes. We don’t keep many boxes in stock so we make just the size (any size) in the quantity you want. With a box that fits the product, the customer no longer has to “re-make” a standard box to fit their needs. We can also design interior packing to secure the product within the box saving packaging time. We’ve designed boxes for shipping cupcakes, furniture, literature, machine parts, artwork, pastries, grandfather clocks, bicycles, candy, skis, and the list goes on. A custom sized box can reduce the amount of packing material required; it also reduces freight damage by keeping the product from sliding around inside a box that’s too large. If we are able to use a side load or end load box, rather than a standard slotted container (top load), the customer can save because these two boxes use less material: less material = less cost for boxes. No die charges or set-up fees for most designs. We are able to produce die-cut boxes for larger quantities and special designs. We can produce one box or thousands; whatever is required. We give the option of ordering the quantity our customer can afford to store; no minimum orders but we offer price breaks on the larger orders. We work with you to determine the proper sizing, configuration, and material for your box construction, taking into account a variety of factors including the items size, shape, and weight. The "Load Direction" image at the right shows how different configurations for the same product can yield a box that uses more or less material.
